If you missed your chance to watch the Two Moronnies in action last Friday – or would even like to watch some of the numbers again – there are now videos of the pre-recorded items up on YouTube. We’ll be polishing these up into 15 minute YouTube segments in due course, but for the moment just go into YouTube and search for “Two Moronnies” (care with spelling!) or “Anti-Socially Distanced” and the recent videos should all come up.

The Two Moronnies – 14th/15th January
Surprise surprise!!
The good news is that the much anticipated “live” return of The Two Moronnies on 14th/15th January in downtown Carlops has had to be postponed thanks to the arrival of Omicron.
The bad news is that we’re going to attempt to Zoom parts of the show on Friday 14th January at 8pm. There’s a Zoom invite below and you’d be most welcome to join us for around 45 minutes of organised chaos including, no doubt, a few technical glitches. Just as well, then, that the programme includes a song lambasting the features of Windows and Bill Gates!

The even worse news is that, provided it’s not actually raining, we’ll be performing a selection of songs outside in the garden between the Carlops Village Hall and the Carlops Church at 2.30pm on Saturday 15th January. This “show” will run for around 30 minutes and you’re most welcome to come along for part or all of the proceedings…………at an appropriate social distance of course!
We’re still keen to do the live shows we’d planned so will be keeping the material up to date with a view to performing (indoors or outdoors!) once this latest hiatus is behind us, probably sometime around Easter (mid-April) or beyond.
Watch this space for further details and have a great (socially distanced) New Year.
